Privacy, in plain words

HavenSpace handles some of the most sensitive information there is. This page explains exactly what happens to it.

  • Audio deleted after transcription
  • Stored in the EU
  • Never used to train AI

What happens to a session

  1. You record (or upload, or type a recap). Audio is uploaded in small pieces to storage in the EU.

  2. Our speech-to-text runs on our own servers in the EU. The audio is then permanently deleted.

  3. The transcript (text only, with a pseudonym, never a name) is sent to an AI model hosted in the EU to draft your note and reflection.

  4. You review, edit and approve. You can export or delete everything at any time.

What we never do

  • We never use session content to train AI.
  • We never sell or share data for advertising.
  • We never put session content in logs, analytics or error reports.
  • We never score risk, suggest diagnoses or advise you during a session.

Who processes data for us

Every company that touches your data is listed on our sub-processor page, with what they do and where. See the list of sub-processors

Your rights and your clients' rights

You can export or delete a client's data, or your whole account, from Settings. If a client asks you for their data, you can export it for them.

Honest status: we're in a pilot. Before real client sessions are allowed, an independent Data Protection Impact Assessment will be completed.
